A George VI hallmarked silver, six division toast rack, Sheffield assay 1937, sponsors mark for C W Fletcher & Son Ltd, approximately 132 grams / 4.2 ozt, also included in the lot is a silver plated novelty toast rack having four divisions and constructed in the form of wishbones, raised on four bun feet. [2] Condition Report: The silver rack appears in good condition, base seems very slightly out of square (when placed on a flat surface with a finger at opposite corners it will rock ever so slightly), one end loop is somewhat misshapen and slightly bent back, tarnish and surface scratching in areas, hallmarks clear. The wishbone rack has plating loss and tarnish in areas.
