Lot Number 337

Troika - A large early 1970's Troika Pottery Pillar Vase of footed form, designed by Leslie Illsley, decorated in low relief and incisions with geometric panels in mottled blue and white, painted marks and monogram for Linda Taylor, approximately 55 cm (h). Condition Report: Consigned by a private vendor, the vase appears in very good condition overall, there are two or three small surface chips (shown in images) to the body of the vase, the largest of which is approximately 5 mm x 2 mm. There are no signs of significant damage / chipping, no hairline cracks or apparent restoration. In the photograph of the top section of the vase showing the side of the vase with the white circle the thin 'line' to the left of the circle is not a hairline crack, it is a thin line of the lighter coloured blue paint trailed across the surface.
