A pair of late 19th or early 20th century Chinese blue and white moon flasks raised on oval foot, decorated with panels of figures bordered by foliate scrolls, applied chilong handle to each shoulder, unmarked to the bases, approximately 21 cm (h). [2] Condition Report: Vases appear in generally good condition, no signs of significant damage, one small chip to the rim of one vase, no hairline cracks to the body of the vases, some hairline cracking around the chilong handles and the foot of one vase, there are several firing flaws to both vases where the glaze is lacking in areas.
